1. Data Controller
 
Fundacja PUS3 Foundation (hereinafter: the "Foundation"), with its registered office in Warsaw (02-001), Poland, at ul. Aleje Jerozolimskie 93, 2nd floor (KRS: 0001201917), is the controller of personal data of donors, users, and persons contacting the Foundation.

2. Data Collection & Purpose

 

We collect two types of information:

  • Personal Information: Information you provide voluntarily (e.g., name, email, donation amount) when you donate or contact us.

  • Non-personal Information: Information collected automatically by our software tools (Wix Analytics), such as IP address, browser type, device information, and session data (e.g., page response times, length of visits).

We process this data to:

  1. Process Donations: Perform the donation agreement and fulfill legal obligations (accounting, tax reporting).

  2. Communication: Answer inquiries sent to us.

  3. Analytics: Create aggregated statistical data to improve our Service.

  4. Security: Defend against claims and ensure the platform is secure.

3. Data Storage & Hosting (Wix.com)

 

Our Service is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to present our Foundation to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

4. Data Recipients

 

We ensure the security of your data. Apart from Wix.com (hosting), your data may be transferred to:

  1. Payment Operators: Entities handling electronic payments (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to process your donation.

  2. Accounting Services: External accounting firms.

  3. Public Authorities: Only when required by law. Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area unless required by the nature of the service (e.g., international payment processors or Wix data centers operating under adequate security safeguards).

5. Retention Period

 

Data regarding donations is stored for at least 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the donation was made. Correspondence data is stored for the duration necessary to conduct it and for evidentiary purposes afterwards.

6. Your Rights

 

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, restriction of processing, removal (if applicable), or to file an objection.
